This is how you WOW:
- Responsible for the control and direction of the Territory’s sales covering distribution to dealers and customers of the company’s products within the designated sales area.
- Achieve and exceed the Territory’s sales targets and budgets.
- Contributes to the sales and marketing activities of the organisation to achieve short and long term business objectives, increase profit and market growth.
- Executes sales and marketing plans. e.g. advertising, promotional campaigns, promotional activities, market and competitor research.
- Maintains contact with customers and government bodies to achieve the business objectives i.e. develop new opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Educate and train consumers and customers on the brand and product specifications.
- Answer enquiries from existing customers and end users.
- Maintain customer information and document customer relationships through CRM tool to develop existing and new opportunities.
- Participate in other duties that may be assigned.
- Preferred tertiary qualification in a Business or a related discipline and technical qualification.
- A current / valid driver’s license
- Previous sales experience within the consumer goods industry
- You will have demonstrated experience achieving sales targets
- High level of time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously
- A professional and positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong drive for results, self-motivated and a desire to achieve
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends as required to complete demonstrations
