About the role:
The Primary & Community Health Manager is responsible for leadership, as well as managing the delivery of a range of comprehensive high quality multi-disciplinary Primary & Community Health Services, whilst meeting the health needs of the community in alignment with identified strategic directions, and principles of Primary Care.

The role manages a diverse community-based multidisciplinary team of Nurses, Allied Health and Administration Staff and is based at Orange Health Service.

This is a targeted position in accordance with GSE Rule 26: Employment of eligible persons.
