Emmanuel Christian Community School is a co-educational K-12 school located in Perth’s northern suburbs. The School opened in 1982 and now has an enrolment of over 700 students. The School’s Vision and Mission can be found on the School website.
We invite applications from suitably qualified, inspired and energetic Education Assistants looking to make a difference in the lives of young children. This role will assist the classroom teacher and provide care, learning support and supervision for students. Commencement would be the beginning of Term 2, 2024.
The successful Applicant will:
- actively support and promote the objectives and ethos of Christian Education as articulated in the Vision and Mission of the School
- be a Christian, belongs to a church and called to this ministry
- demonstrate initiative, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- hold a Certificate IV in Education Support
Address the following Selection Criteria (no more than one page in total)
- Your suitability for this role
- Your experience working with children in a primary or secondary school setting
- Experience with ICT skills
- Competent oral and written literacy skills
- Organisational and administrative skills
