We are currently working on recruiting a Business Manager to oversee a network of five schools across Western Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the education landscape while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. We are seeking a talented individual with strong administration and leadership skills and a passion for education to manage the business operations of their schools.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of business operations for five schools within the Western Sydney region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for each school, ensuring financial stability and accountability.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including staff, parents, government agencies, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing education and business operations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in areas such as resource management, technology integration, and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business management, preferably in the education sector or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
