Are you a Registered Nurse with Primary Health experience looking for your next adventure in the Northern Territory!? Here is the role for you. We have vacancies various remote locations throughout the region.- $90.00 per hour day rate plus penalties for overtime, weekends, on call etc
- Short term agency contract. Minimum 1 week available
- Commencing from 22 March available up until 5 April 2024
- Fully furnished housing available
- Return travel provided

Working in this Northern Territory health facility you will help meet the needs and priorities of local communities to improve health outcomes in Primary Health care. As part of your role you will:
- Deliver comprehensive Primary Health care within the organisation
- Ensure the focus of care is on the needs of Aboriginal clients within the context of their cultural identity and social circumstances.
You will be living in one of the small remote communities within Central Australia, some are 3 hours form Alice Springs and others up to five hours driving time.
On your time off you will be exploring beautiful National Parks and Gorges and getting to know the local community and exploring the local indigenous art.
To be eligible for this position you must:
- Have current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant qualification and experience in Primary Health Care
- Have current remote emergency management (REC) or equivalent emergency certificate
- Current recognised immunisation provider certificate
- Current COVID vaccination provider certificates for Pfizer and Paediatric vaccines
- Current maternity emergency management or midwifery upskill or commitment to completing this within your contract
- Current BLS/ALS
- Must be ISTAT competent, certified and have access number
