About the opportunityWe are searching for a motivated, forward thinking Primary Health Practice Improvement Parter. This newly redeveloped position will actively engage with primary care providers, such as general practice, Aboriginal health organisations, allied health and Pharmacy at an operational level in delivering Primary Health Tasmania’s role in implementing national primary care reform initiatives within practice settings.What you would be doingReporting to the Manager – Practice Improvement, you will:Work proactively to enhance and build relationships with various healthcare stakeholders at an organisational level - elevating awareness of the pivotal role and scope of Primary Health Tasmania.
