The College is currently seeking a suitably qualified Primary Music Teacher to teach classroom music at our Primary School in Caulfield South. This is a (0.30) fixed term position commencing on 15 July 2024 to 20 December 2024
The role and function of Primary Music Teacher is to plan and deliver engaging and considered classroom music lessons to students for Year 3.
Ideally the successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Qualified teacher with Full or Provisional VIT Registration or Granted Permission to Teach by VIT
Tertiary Music and Education Qualifications
A thorough understanding of the Australian Curriculum and assessment Requirements
Knowledge of and experience in implementing the Primary Years Program (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) is desirable
Demonstrate the required knowledge and understanding to teach classroom music.
