SELECTION CRITERIA
- Ability to model the Catholic and Ignatian tradition of the College through interactions with students, staff and parents.
- Appropriate qualifications relevant to school based educational support.
- Experience and good understanding of effective inclusive education practices.
- Demonstrated ability to be calm, flexible and adaptable.
- Demonstrated collaborative, warm and engaging manner when working with others.
- Demonstrated respectful and inclusive approach when working with students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must actively support and promote the ethos of the College and have all the required accreditation necessary through Catholic Education Western Australia. A current Working with Children card/application and National Police Clearance must be submitted at the time of application.
