We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Assistant to work with our senior years 7-12 students. Working as part of our Diverse Learning team, who prides itself on delivering educational, social and emotional support to students across the College we are seeking a permanent full-time EA who demonstrates:
- Relevant Education Assistant qualifications eg: Cert III, IV or equivalent
- Experience supporting children in years 7-12
- Strong awareness of the physical, intellectual and emotional needs of diverse students
- The ability to create an positive and engaging learning environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills at all levels ie: students, colleagues and the wider community
- Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation strengths
- The ability to work collaboratively and as part of a committed, student centred team
- A commitment to all girls' education in an all girls' environment
