Key Requirements:
- Hold a current NESA accreditation: Possess a valid accreditation to teach in a Primary School environment issued by the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA).

- Have experience in inquiry and/or play-based education: Showcase experience in inquiry-based or play-based education methods, as well as explicit instruction, to provide developmentally appropriate and purposeful learning experiences.
- Utilize positive education and wellbeing practices: Implement positive education and wellbeing practices to guide students in strengthening relationships, enhancing resilience, promoting mindfulness, and fostering overall wellbeing.
- Foster student agency: Empower students to take ownership of their learning and encourage effective use of spoken language to articulate thoughts and ideas.
- Maintain professionalism: Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Possess collaboration and interpersonal skills: Exhibit well-developed collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both students and adults.
- Understand educational adjustments: Have a deep understanding of educational adjustments required to cater to individual student needs, including those of high potential/high-performing learners and students with disabilities.
