Our Asset Strategies group within our Water business is growing, presenting terrific opportunities for talented Principal Asset Management Engineers. We are looking for experienced consultants to be based in our Gold Coast office.
In this position you will play an integral role amongst a diverse group of highly skilled professionals that 'design with community in mind' to deliver Asset Management excellence for our clients. You will join a dynamic and skilled team that works on Asset Management and advisory projects, not only locally, but across the APAC region.
Specifically, your duties will include:
Asset management planning, including operations and maintenance planning
Condition assessments and lifecycle planning
Financial management and cost modelling
Asset valuations
Data collection and analysis to inform Asset Management decision making
Project management and delivery, ensuring work is of a technically high standard and within time and budget constraints
Managing existing client relationships while seeking new business opportunities
Research and investigation to determine commercial solutions for clients.
So, what do you need to bring to take your career to the next level?
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or other relevant discipline. A dual qualification in Business Management, Finance or Economics is favourable
Significant demonstrated experience in Asset Management and the provision of infrastructure advisory services
Demonstrated experience in the water and wastewater sector
Well-developed report writing skills
Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
Research and investigation skills and the ability to interact with and deliver technical information to clients

Qualifications
