What you'll Bring
- Ability to lead and engage the team in a collaborative way, focusing on development of people, culture, and outcomes.

- Technical skills to lead in in the delivery of relevant engineering bridge services with a passion for best practises, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Experience
- Continued professional development records.
- Minimum 5 - 15 years’ experience
- RPEQ or equivalent or working towards attaining within the next 6 months.
A background in Bridge Asset Management, Bridge design, Bridge evaluation, Risk assessment, Asset inspections, Asset valuations, Structural investigations, Materials, Bridge research, Training or Tendering will be highly regarded. We acknowledge that candidates will be unlikely to have skills in all of these areas and so we will look for strong expertise in one or more areas with a willingness and aptitude to develop into the other areas as required.
