About You Are you strategically minded and able to develop, implement and measure a Toowoomba Regional Customer experience strategy to assist in the overarching management of Council’s Customer experience section? About the position The Principal Corporate Customer Experience position provides a strategic lens on Customer Experience organisationally and in line with Council and community expectations. The position is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring a Toowoomba Region Customer Experience Strategy. The position will also assist in the overarching management of Council’s Customer Experience section, providing supervision in both the operational and strategic functions of this area. The salary range for this position is $109,817.33 - $123,936.67 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. This is a permanent full time position based in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD. CBD parking provided.
