Aboutthe position
The Principal Corporate Customer Experience position provides astrategic lens on Customer Experience organisationally and in linewith Council and community expectations. The position isresponsible for developing, implementing and measuring a ToowoombaRegion Customer Experience Strategy. The position will alsoassist in the overarching management of Council’s CustomerExperience section, providing supervision in both the operationaland strategic functions of this area.
- The salary range for this position is $109,817.33 - $123,936.67 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
- This is a permanent full time position based in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD.
- CBD parking provided.
- If you are relocating for this position, you may be eligible for reimbursement of relocation expenses to the region in accordance with Council's policy.

The Customer, Communication, and Engagement team connects ourcommunity of internal and external stakeholders with ToowoombaRegional Council’s key information. The team is passionateabout creating great experiences through internal communication,customer service, marketing, community engagement and medialiaison. You'll join a team of talented, creative and diverseindividuals who understand that effective communication isessential in fostering strong relationships across the ToowoombaRegion.
