In this role you will work within our Leadership and Culture Program unit and closely with QCS Senior Management across our Queensland Facilities using evidence based practice to strengthen our person-centred leadership approach.
Your energetic effort and positive contribution will help build our leadership capability and enhance workplace performance.
This critical role allows you as an expert in leadership and its contemporary principles to:

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of leadership platforms and initiatives that respond to QCS strategic business and diversity priorities.
• Facilitate the quality delivery and assessment of all approved QCS leadership development programs both accredited and bespoke utilising a range of modalities.
• Build and nurture constructive and productive working relationships with partner agencies to support the design and delivery of our required capabilities across the QCS leadership program and its platforms.

To do this you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

• Your ability to think strategically regarding the multidisciplinary environment in which our leaders work and design practical and easily embeddable learning that clearly links to our business and culture strategies, partnering and working with a variety of leadership stakeholders at a range of levels.
• Your ability to credibly engage leaders and their teams through a range of developmental tools, techniques, and delivery modalities, cementing knowledge and building the applied skills necessary to successfully transfer them into the workplace context.
• Your excellent leadership presentation and coaching skills including your ability to confidently adapt quickly to ensure high level of engagement and buy in to agreed outcomes sought.
