- Manage patients to ensure that problems are fully assessed and identified; and develop comprehensive clinical care and management plans.
- Maintain good communication with all areas and disciplines within the health service to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
