As the Principal Power Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of power systems design, analysis, and optimization. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for power system design and operation.
- Support business planning activities by providing technical expertise and recommendations for network expansion and infrastructure development.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in power systems engineering, transmission network planning, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of power system analysis tools, such as PSS/E, PSCAD, or similar software.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers.
- In-depth understanding of power system planning and operation, including network modeling, load flow analysis, fault analysis, and contingency analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards in the power sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
