Your Key Accountabilities:
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Drive and implement the Service's strategic agenda in relation to child abuse and exploitation and implement key recommendations from the state and national inquiries.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance QPS business improvement, including child abuse and sexual violence matters.
- Provide expert advice, support and guidance to leadership teams, stakeholder groups and program and project teams in support of deliverables.
- Lead and manage assigned program and project activities using contemporary program and project management and related frameworks, methodologies, and policies.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders that facilitates informed business decisions, improves business processes, and meet changing business needs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with members of the QPS and partner agencies to deliver initiatives in accordance with prioritised business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of work deliverables, initiatives, and business support priorities.
- Develop and implement change management and communications initiatives that complement business improvements.

Qualification:
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however, possession of a tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be highly regarded.

- The successful applicant will be required to undergo psychometric assessment, prior to appointment.
