Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly payrolls across multiple sites, ensuring timely payment of all staff.
- Interpret and adhere to industry award rules and rates.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Calculate and manage superannuation contributions, PAYG, payroll tax, and Workers' Compensation.
- Process Workcover and Paid Parental Leave payments.
- Set up new starters, handle terminations, and update employee records.
- Establish and maintain relationships with operational managers and HR across the business.
About You:
- Proficient with Time and Attendance systems.
- Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess an approachable and positive personality.
- Experienced with Chris 21.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, determining and actioning the correct response/solution.
- Ideally experienced with both NZ and Australian payroll systems.
