SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Recruitment Lead, Principal Appointments to join the team at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools.

Expression of Interest (EOI) – Internal Applications ONLY

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a full time, ongoing Principal Recruitment Lead, Principal Appointments role within the People Experience team.

This Principal Recruitment Lead role requires focus and delivery in three key areas: administration, internal system management and oversight and consultative stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and proven experience working in a senior recruitment consulting position that requires a strong administrative focus.
