Performing a key role within the Rail team, you will lead and contribute to building of the Rolling Stock capability in Perth as well as across Australia and New ZealandHere are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.Guide production of technical deliverables across Rail and Mass Transit projects
Promote innovation and ensure the best engineering practices and design tools are applied
Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high quality project deliverables for technically complex designs
New build design/commissioning/operations
Provide technical input across Rolling Stock maintenance strategy development and management, lease and Whole Life Cost model development and management projects
Mentor engineers, supporting their career development
