Are you currently in a security consulting role and are looking to move up to a principal position? Are you looking for a new role where you can effect real change by flexing your skills to improve cyber resilience across Australia? Do you like helping people and ensuring cyber solutions fit the business they’re running (whilst making an actual difference)? This role might be for you.
We’re looking for people with at least 1 year of security consulting experience who think outside the box and are keen to join our consulting services team to provide technical services to all manner of customers, from Government to small, medium and large private industry.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team that’s focus is on maturing and developing our customer cyber posture. You’ll be using different strategies and technologies across multiple different customers to report on and architect solutions to improve resilience. Key areas of the role are:
- Handling cyber improvements and remediations.
- Leading uplift and maturity programs across different customer types.
- Liaising with customers and providing sound advice.
- Managing customer requirements and translating this into delivered outcomes.
- Uplifting and mentoring junior staff.
- Working tightly in a team environment.
What’re we looking for?
Required
- Outside of the box attitude to thinking and delivering for our customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in a security consulting role.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of IT and cyber security.
- Australian citizen.
- Baseline clearance.
Nice to have
- 1 year of principal consulting experience.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CRISC or equivalent certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in different sized projects.
- Experience in Critical Infrastructure.
- Negative Vetting 1 clearance or above.
- Multi-client environment experience.
