Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
? Deliver statistical and analytical advice on behalf of Operational Research to senior members of the Crime and Intelligence Command to inform problem identification and context and communicate potential solutions to problems places, cases and crime types. ? Lead and manage the development and delivery of statistical management programs, methodology and systems to build intelligence capability across the Intelligence Capability. ? Develop and implement innovative solutions and promote continuous improvement including through the review of practices, procedures and standards to enhance the accurate management, dissemination and reporting of statistical data. ? Undertake highly complex, independent statistical and technical analysis and provide authoritative advice to influence, inform and support decision making and the development of intelligence documents. ? Identify, collect and monitor data that detects underlying trends in youth crime. ? Engage and build productive relationships to create understanding and capability
