AddressBased in our convenient and modern Brisbane CBD office, you will be part of a leadership team that contributes to the delivery of recruitment, establishment and reporting services for QRO.
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the design and delivery of workforce reporting and data initiatives and priorities.
- Researching and analysing workforce data and information to resolve complex issues across a broad range of workforce areas.
- Maintaining and developing the Workforce Management reporting and business platforms using Microsoft Suite - Power BI and SharePoint.
- Preparing and contributing to project plans, report submissions and briefing notes for senior management.
- Providing mentoring, coaching, guidance and advice to the team and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- An ability to analyse and synthesise workforce data from multiple sources to provide advice and insights.
- High-level reporting skills (e.g. Excel or equivalent) and attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication for complex matters.
- Experience in leading team members and growing workforce data literacy in others.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications and/or experiences are highly regarded.
