Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life support for its fleet of C-27J Spartan Battlefield Airlifter aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force’s existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies in Australia and our region.
Your Role
As a member of C-27J Spartan Enterprise and senior member of the engineering team, you will provide frontline electrical/avionics technical support services in accordance with engineering management plans and associated work instructions.
This includes performance of activities as part of the DASR Part 21J regulatory design organisation, development and review of engineering substantiation reports, compliance documents, test plans and design data, continuation of technical investigations and also provision of support to the Continuing Airworthiness Management Services (CAM Services) as required.
About You
As a Principle Engineer, you will bring a high level of passion and drive for the Aviation and Aerospace industry along with a dedication to continued personal and professional growth.
Having had extensive experience across the aviation industry you have the ability to make and provide advice on more complex problems, provider peer review and provide coaching and mentoring to junior engineers.
With a focus on quality, outcomes are key here so we are looking for a high level of commercial acumen combined with an engaging approach to collaborating with both internal stakeholders and the customer.
