About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a fantastic small supportive OT practice offering work life balance in the Dandenong Ranges.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside a small team of friendly and supportive OT's
- Work with adolescents and adults under the NDIS
- Perform comprehensive assessments
- Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications
- Work with the clients support network to achieve patient-centred outcomes
- Maximise functional capacity and activities of daily living
- Create evidence-based treatment plans

About You:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Previous NDIS experience is desired
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
- Current drivers licence and vehicle
- Eligible to work in Australia
