The Role
As we have condensed our value streams to better align to our enterprise strategy, the Transformation business unit have since gone through a re-organisation of our teams to optimize its delivery efficiency and uplift organisational execution.
As a result, we have a number of newly created roles within the business enablement function.
Reporting into the Business Process Architect, the Process Data Analyst will play a key role in evaluating, documenting, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Working in close collaboration with our Data and Analytics business unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date process intelligence models for process mining, reference, and training purposes.
In this role, you will be required to work with a variety of data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and process mining tools such as Apromore.
About you
As a Process Analyst or Data Analyst with at least two years of experience, you have a solid foundation in data analytics. Now, you're interested in advancing your career by focusing on Process Data mining to extract valuable insights from the intelligence derived during the Process Data mining itself.
You possess a foundational understanding and knowledge in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) and a keen interest to pursue further certification in this area.
Ideally, you would have experience working with different cloud-based data storage or data warehousing platforms and has the ability to translate technical data terminology and processes to make sense for business stakeholders and vice-versa.
Your ability to use data to tell a story and analytical skills set will enable you to draw key insights to drive meaningful decision-making.
