The role:
As Process Improvement and Training Lead you will play a key role driving the continuous improvement of business systems and Training programs within Eckermann Conveyancers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- analysis and evaluation of business processes;
- assisting with the coordination and implementation of new systems and processes;
- undertaking job and Training needs analyses;
- preparation of training presentations and delivery of training sessions;
- monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented improvement strategies and Training programs.
To be successful you will have:
- proven experience in business Process Improvement and Training, ideally within the professional services sector;
- a strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies;
- exceptional stakeholder management skills;
- demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs and associated materials;
- excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; and the
- ability to influence and lead others through change.
