We are proud to be working with Viterra, a leading player in the agriculture supply chain, in the search for a Process Improvement Engineer to enhance efficiencies and automation across their Storage and Handling network.

About The Business:

Key Responsibilities:

As the Process Improvement Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of automation solutions, and operational excellence across our Storage and Handling network. You will be involved in CAPEX & OPEX projects, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure the success of various engineering initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Degree or higher qualification in a relevant engineering field.
  • Strong background in materials handling, power, control, and automation disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects within budget and timeline.
  • Leadership capability and experience in designing and implementing large automation projects.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant codes, acts, standards, and regulations.
Personal Profile:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
  • Commitment to service and performance excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
