Process Improvement Lead

Talenza have been engaged by a Big 4 Bank to source a Process Improvement specialist on an initial 6 month day rate contract.
This is a rare opportunity to join a Group Risk team in a role which will be involved with coaching teams to adopt and apply Lean/Six Sigma principles and tools, to identify and implement improvement opportunities. It will be to ensure the delivery of a portfolio of significant business improvement initiatives through the utilisation of appropriate tools and techniques, amoungst other key deliverables.
Experience required:

• LSS Green Belt Certification (Black Belt preferred)
• 3+ years' experience as a Process Improvement practitioner.
• Financial Services, ideally with experience working with Risk stakeholders including L1 and L2 Risk
• Demonstrated experience applying advanced Lean tools and frameworks in both CAPEX project delivery and BAU operational environments.
• 5+ years' experience in transformation related or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of Agile, Business Architecture or Human Centered Design techniques (desirable)

Contract length: Initial 6 months with likely extension
Rate: $800-$950 + super based on experience
Office attendance 2/day per week (Sydney CBD)
