What you'll doThe Space
Process Improvement Lead plays a critical role in our business as we embark on a journey of transformation. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring we continue to evolve and drive robust processes across the whole team (both Macro and Micro) to support new systems, new ideas & enabling the team to grow and add greater value to the broader business.
- Identify, quantify, prioritise and drive (directly and indirectly) the implementation of business improvement opportunities across the BigW space portfolio
- Identification, prioritisation and delivery of process and ways of working improvement to enable efficiency and ease of deliverables for the wider Micro & Macro Space team
- Develop and implement a robust training schedule as along with the facilitation of training to the wider team
- Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Embed business improvement capabilities, systems and processes
What you'll bring- Experience in a leadership related role within Range or Space
- Experience in retail/ FMCG preferred
- Strong process Improvement experience
- Strong problem solving, analytical and written communication skills
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
