This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring we continue to evolve and drive robust processes across the whole team (both Macro and Micro) to support new systems, new ideas & enabling the team to grow and add greater value to the broader business.
  • Identify, quantify, prioritise and drive (directly and indirectly) the implementation of business improvement opportunities across the BigW space portfolio
  • Identification, prioritisation and delivery of process and ways of working improvement to enable efficiency and ease of deliverables for the wider Micro & Macro Space team
  • Develop and implement a robust training schedule as along with the facilitation of training to the wider team
  • Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Embed business improvement capabilities, systems and processes
What you'll bring
  • Experience in a leadership related role within Range or Space
  • Experience in retail/ FMCG preferred
  • Strong process Improvement experience
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
