The Role:
Global Advanced Metals (GAM) is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our Wodgina operation, working a 7 days on, 7 off, 7 nights on, 7 off roster (12 hour shifts), on a fly-in fly-out basis.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the focus of the role will be the day-to-day operation of the Tantalum recovery circuit to ensure all production requirements are met in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
This role requires an experienced operator who is capable of, and enjoys, working independently.
In addition to a competitive annual salary of $135,000, you will also be eligible to receive an annual site bonus.

GAM is a world leading supplier of tantalum products. We are committed to the responsible supply of tantalum in all its forms and operate to high standards of sustainable development. Our Wodgina operation produces tantalum concentrate which is then transported to Greenbushes.
Our Greenbushes operation runs 24/7 to process and ship tantalum to our facilities in Boyertown, USA and tin to Germany.
Skills and experience:
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant experience working as a Process Technician.
- High level mechanical aptitude
- Valid WA Driver's Licence.
- Developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills - specifically the MS Office suite
- Strong commitment to safety.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience in wet gravity separation processes
- High Risk Fork Lift License
