As a Process Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting, grading, trimming, washing, and packaging of fish, seafood, and marine products.
- Filleting, weighing, cleaning, precise grading, marking, and inspection of fish and shellfish.
- Performing various tasks such as draining, tailing, pickling, crumbing, and cooking of seafood.
- Operating fish processing equipment and can closure machines.
- Packing and sealing products in standard containers.
- Recording and documenting production activities.
- Operating cold storage and freezer equipment.
- Other duties as requested by the Site Supervisor.
