We are currently seeking a FULL TIME (8am-4pm) production worker to join our honey manufacturing business in Moruya NSW - NO bees involved!
The Role:
Adleys Honey is a food manufacturer and wholesale distributor of honey products. Due to the recent rapid expansion of our established business, we are currently seeking a Factory Hand for our family-owned company based in Moruya.
We are seeking someone who has a great work ethic with an eye for detail; it is a fast paced, ever changing, busy role.
An immediate start is on offer with full time hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, no weekends or public holidays. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, willing to learn, confident in working as an individual and as a team member, performing various tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a fast-paced honey production line
- Upkeep, cleaning, and organisation of warehouse
- Provide positive customer service to warehouse customers
- Create and manufacture various honey related products in a timely manner and to a high standard
Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must be motivated, organised, reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.
- Forklift licence, MR or HR truck licence preferred but not essential.
- Must have an eye for detail, not be afraid of repetitive (occasionally sticky) work, efficient multitasker, with a ‘have a go’ attitude.
- Food processing, machinery, computer, or cleaning experience preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable working at a fast pace doing repetitive tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- Hardworking and physically fit.
- Repetitive lifting and tasks often required.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of safe work practices.
- Willingness to participate in a variety of duties and be open to learning about various aspects of our business.

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
