Process Worker

Synaco Global Recruitment is partnering with a renowned confectionery company located in the northeastern suburb of Glynde. We are currently seeking individuals for ongoing casual positions on DAY, AFTERNOON & NIGHT SHIFTS.

About You…

You will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of production targets as part of a diverse and busy team.

To be successful, you will be:

• Able to work independently and autonomously
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and movements
• A good communicator
• Able to learn, understand, and apply food hygiene principles (HACCPs)
• Committed to safety and quality
• Physically fit
• Attentive to detail
• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing and packaging environment (desired, not mandatory)

Shift Hours:

• Day shift: 6:00 am – 2:50 pm ($29.04 per hour)
• Afternoon shift: 2:30 pm – 11:20 pm ($33.39 per hour)
• Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:06am ($37.75 per hour)
• Possible overtime on Saturdays
