The Role:

With a focus on output to plan, we’re looking for a CHPP Electrical Supervisor who is comfortable managing all aspects of equipment maintenance including preventative maintenance, HV & HV installation, troubleshooting & fault finding, repairs, and commissioning, using your well developed skillset to strategically respond to variables, ensuring quality output of product and plant availability.

Proudcing 12 - 14 Mtpa over the last 3 years, the forecast is for 8 - 10 Mtpa over LOM. Our current mine life is in the 2030s and we are exploring options to extend that to the 2040s.

  • Carry out required work management duties and ensure that all documentation and data entry is accurately completed;
  • Prioritise efforts to reduce breakdowns and their duration, urgent unplanned events and interrupting work which disturbs planned and scheduled work;
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, attention to detail and quality of work;
