Now, we're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Procurement Helpdesk Coordinator. If you're motivated, organized, and ready to make a tangible impact, this is your opportunity!
About the role:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance via the Procurement Helpdesk system (ServiceNow), phone and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve procurement (including procurement system) queries, including but not limited to policy interpretation, procedure guidance, system navigation, and procurement platform administration.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex procurement and procurement platform related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of internal and external customer interactions and issue resolutions in the Procurement Helpdesk system (ServiceNow).
Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and resources for users.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.
About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
Experience in a similar helpdesk role providing procurement advice to internal customers, with the ability to provide training to staff on matters relating to policy, procedure, process and other related procurement matters.
Experience with Cloud-marketplace or Procure-to-Pay system providing platform administration and management (not IT), contact point for suppliers and internal customers, with respect to on-boarding, inquiry handling, user training, catalogue navigation assistance, reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues and find resolutions in timely manner.
