Description
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage budget targets and purchasing decisions within the packaging portfolio and strategically across other procurement areas.
- Lead sustainable supply chain development, ensuring our brands leave a positive environmental footprint by mitigating risks with suppliers.
- Guide shared resources to maximize value delivery for the organization.
- Provide oversight of the RFx process for allocated categories, leading projects and meeting New Product Development (NPD) requirements.
Profile
As the successful candidate you will possess:
- Minimum five years' experience in procurement packaging, ideally leading cross-functional teams.
- Five years' experience in FMCG procurement and/or commercial negotiation.
- Passion for sustainable product development in procurement packaging.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and operational skills, with proficiency in Excel and SAP systems.
- The capability and interest for regional and international travel.
