About the Role
This position reports to the Head of Procurement and partners with key stakeholders within the Commercial and Property Team to provide end to end procurement services and drive activities to deliver required business objectives.
Key accountabilities include:
- Strategic Mastery: Provide game-changing strategic and tactical advice that shapes and influences key business decisions within the Commercial and Property realm. Your insights will be the driving force behind our procurement success.
- Contract Command: Take the reins in managing all contracts and supplier relationships for our property-related operational needs. From utilities to security and emergency responses, you'll ensure seamless operations across the portfolio.
- Procurement Leadership: Collaborate closely with our Head of Procurement to spearhead the development of cutting-edge procurement strategies tailored to our property-specific sourcing projects. Your innovative approach will set new standards of excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep a vigilant eye on our procurement processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancement within our governance framework. Your keen insight will pave the way for continuous evolution and optimisation.
