Job description

As an Entry-Level Procurement Operations Processor, you'll be responsible for managing the procure-to-pay process, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and payment processing. Your day-to-day activities will involve working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolving invoice discrepancies, and maintaining accurate procurement records. You should have master proficiency in Procure-to-Pay and intermediate proficiency in Procurement Strategy and Planning. You must also possess advanced proficiency in Procurement Management, master proficiency in Order Management Managed Services, and master proficiency in Procurement Support. Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and payment processing. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement records.

What you will be doing:

P2P Support Primary Role

Serve as an onshore point of contact for procurement related inquiries and issues from internal stakeholders. 

Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to users of the procure to pay system, addressing questions related to purchasing, AP, Vendor master queries.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve procurement related issues in a timely manner. 

Assist in monitoring supplier performance metrics and conducting supplier risk assessments. 

Support Development Role 

Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation. 

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders. 

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic sourcing initiatives and decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing support, data analysis, or related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software. 

Experience with procure to pay systems e.g., Coupa preferred. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams. 

Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. 

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
