As a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Lead for the ePro and S4 global deployment, you will be responsible for leading the global functional standard and transformation of our P2P process and serve as the escalation point for team member and subject matter expert (SME) risks, issues, decisions, and change requests, ensuring effective risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision making, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for P2P transformation, driving coordination with regional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of global functional standards and best practices for the P2P process.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and change requests, working with the relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the development and execution of testing strategies, including defining test scripts and cases, documenting test results, and contributing to testing metrics.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and regional resources to ensure the successful delivery of the P2P transformation project.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the change management plan, communication plan, and training plan.
- Deliver documentation, plans, and deliverables in line with established methodologies and best practices.
- Track and report on project status and metrics, ensuring compliance with project management processes.
- Collaborate with Finance and other Functional Leads to cover various aspects of the P2P process, including requisitioning, shopping, PO management, AP, invoicing, receiving, matching, approvals, and tax.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or related fields, with a strong background in P2P processes.
- Good understanding of global functional standards for P2P and transformation methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and track multiple activities and deliverables.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and processes.
