Your Role:
Due to our continued growth, Civeo are looking for a Category Specialist to join our team at our Perth Corporate office.
As a Category Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and leveraging direct supply channels from both domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire supply chain life cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, and category management.
We are specifically seeking specialists with expertise in the categories of Labour Hire & Outsourcing and Retail.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience of at least eight years in supply chain management across various spending categories.
- Experience in a corporate environment dealing with intricate organisational structures.
- Desirable experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in remote locations.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning programs, with a preference for proficiency in JDE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
