Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Ability to contribute to team culture and maintain high productivity
- Produce experience highly preferred
Skills and About You:
- Passionate appreciation for the benefits of organic produce production and consumption
- Ability to maintain excellent store standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, and quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Available at least 3-4 days per week
