Your Purpose
The Business Lending Product team within Business Banking aims to develop experiences that create genuine value for customers and growth for the Business Lending portfolio that our people are proud of and deliver sustainable outcomes for shareholders and communities. The Product Advisor Business Lending Product is an industry specialist and product subject matter expert overseeing, challenging and providing guidance on product strategies related to their portfolio.
In this role you will support the Manager Business Lending Product in developing and executing product and pricing lending solutions and strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth while maintaining regulatory excellence.
What you'll do
- Define, develop and manage customer experience design as it relates to the business banking customer lending portfolio, seeking opportunities to continuously improve and innovate to the benefit of all stakeholders.
- In conjunction with the Manager Business Lending Product, responsible for design and execution of the Business Lending product strategy and offering including new product development.
- Develop and execute relevant product propositions in accordance with the agreed customer strategy and customer value proposition applicable to attract, retain and grow customers.
- Support design and execution of the Bank's distribution strategy for Business Lending products.
- Support design and execution of marketing strategy for Business Lending and other business segment products.
- Contribute to development of the Business Lending product portfolio risk appetite and risk management outcomes.
- Ensure product settings and performance are within risk appetite and have appropriate measures and reporting in place.
What you'll need to bring
- Tertiary Qualifications in agribusiness, commercial or finance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business management and business banking environment.
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, commercial, analytical and presentation skills.
