The Opportunity
As a Change and Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication within PWR. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing communication strategies to ensure that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals and changes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Your Skills and Experience
- A relevant qualification in Change Management or Internal Communications is advantageous.
- Proven experience in change management, Internal Communications, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing software, video editing tools).
- Experience in crisis communication and managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
