Assist in developing, launching and maintaining a product portfolio to deliver customer needs in APAC region and to maximise revenue and growth.
Responsible for driving demand for digital products by tailoring apps and portals to customer requirements
Support customer relationship manager in setting up, tracking and reporting on the customers' digital usage through the LifeWorks app
Support the Director of strategy, products and partnership and Product Manager with developing business cases for changes to the products offering or its delivery to market.
Identify new topics and products which can be relevant to add to the digital offering
Support in the communication to sales and commercial team of any new product development
To support the Product team in delivering innovative solutions and excellent service for our clients, both internal and external.
To contribute to the Product teams in delivery of the Product Roadmap
To ensure reliability and quality of our products To support our users and their needs by providing training, workshops and project support as require
