Job Description
This exciting leadership role within Epworth Geelong, is focused on the growth and development of the Allied Health services.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the primary responsibility of this role is to lead and advocate for the development of the Allied Health Outpatient and Inpatient Rehabilitation and Acute Services at Epworth Geelong.
The successful applicant will have experience in Business Development and a passion for promotion and growth of services, both within Epworth and externally to the community. Providing strong clinical and operational direction to each discipline, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Psychology and Dietetics. This role is responsible for the efficient running of the service and the delivery of exceptional patient experiences and care.
Through effective leadership, governance and relationship management, it is expected that patient and quality outcomes are of the highest standard and provided in a resource efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have:
- Proven leadership skills
- Previous experience in managing Outpatient Clinics is highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to drive organisational initiatives to improve outcomes for patients, families, doctors and staff
- Work collaboratively with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders
