The Role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional Product Care services. Your collaborative spirit and teamwork will contribute to achieving outstanding results collectively with the team.
- Accurately input customer data, repairs, item codes, and related information
- Assess repair solutions: in-store repairs, external repairs and HQ repairs
- Provide operational support for tasks such as quotation approval, credit note approval, and item pick-up
- Assist in ordering spare parts required for in-store repair
- Coordinate weekly inbound/outbound shipments to suppliers
The ideal candidate for the role of should possess a background in luxury retail with proven experience with product repairs and knowledge. After-sales experience is highly preferred in a fine jewellery or timepieces environment.
