About the roleThe FSM Product Designer is an intermediate role that is pivotal in conceptualizing, designing, and refining FSM to meet user needs and business objectives. They ensure the final product is visually appealing, intuitive and functional.

- What your day will look like
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to research Business, Customer, and Industry requirements
- Balance UX and UI design to ensure consistency and to best meet customer and business needs
- Develop Wireframes and Prototypes using tools such as Figma to communicate design concepts
- Work with stakeholders to iterate designs based on feedback
- Build page templates using .NET and Tailwind/Bootstrap
- Work with the Product Manager to document design decisions and build development scopes
- Located within easy commute to Brandon Park
- Junior to intermediate experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable knowledge of UX and UI principles
- Familiarity with WCAG (accessibility) standards
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
- A customer centric mindset
- Excellent written, verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Self-motivated and open to challenges
- Excellent time management skills
- Have a continuous improvement way of thinking
- Have a current working with children check (or willing to undergo)
- Proficiency in Figma and Tailwind/Bootstrap
- Experience with content rich products
- Recent Graduate with an IT background
- Experience in .NET Webforms/Blazor
