Southern Crossings Australia is currently seeking a Product Co-ordinator to join our growing Sydney team. 

About the Role

Working closely with the Southern Crossings Product Manager, Travel Design Team and Australian luxury travel suppliers, this predominantly office-based role will assist with: 

  • the accurate and timely loading of product information and rates into Southern Crossings’ booking software platform, TourWriter 
  • creating creative itineraries for internal, media and trade inspiration, famils and promotions 
  • sourcing and maintaining accurate and complete health and safety information for travel suppliers, 
  • providing the Southern Crossings Travel Design team with product information and sales support as required.

To be the successful candidate, you will  

  • Previous travel administration experience, ideally in the Australian luxury travel space
  • Have excellent communication skills and unparalleled attention to detail, including fast, accurate data entry
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy and a talent for mastering new technology.  
  • Thrive on a fast-paced environment and can prioritise effectively
  • Enjoy working in a team environment whilst also being able to work independently with full ownership of the duties you are tasked with.  

Unrestricted Australian work rights are essential; previous travel product administration experience and a superior knowledge of Australian luxury travel suppliers will be favourably regarded.
